About the Role
We are hiring an
SDR
to support a fast growing
healthcare SaaS
platform
that helps medical providers launch and scale virtual care. You will turn high intent inbound leads into
booked product demos
and keep the pipeline moving through
disciplined outreach
across calls, SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
You will be the first dedicated sales hire, establishing the standard for future team members and collaborating directly with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own speed-to-lead across all inbound sources in GoHighLevel.
- Book demos through calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Run multi-touch cadences and meet daily activity goals.
- Qualify leads on needs, pain points, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Handle objections and re-engage stalled leads until a clear outcome is reached.
- Confirm and reconfirm demos to boost show rates and reduce no-shows.
- Log every touchpoint, outcome, and next step with clean CRM updates.
- Test scripts, subject lines, and openers, and share weekly learnings.
- Contribute to building the sales playbook and templates.
- Re-engage older leads and follow up on AI SMS conversations when needed.
- Expand to targeted outbound lists once inbound coverage is complete.
- Handoff qualified opportunities to leadership with full context.
- Recommend ways to improve deliverability, connection rates, and cadence performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or SaaS sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, confident tone.
- Strong communication skills across phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to qualify leads and manage a consistent, high-volume pipeline.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to CRM accuracy and follow-up.
- Comfortable handling objections and driving leads toward demos.
- Familiar with multi-touch cadences and KPI-driven performance goals.
- Process-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to learn product value quickly and translate it into customer benefit.
- Experience working US time zones, ideally with Pacific Time overlap.
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated by measurable results.

9am to 5pm PST
