  • Manage and supervise the Quality and Processes Department.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality objectives.
  • Guarantee that customer requirements are evaluated and implemented within the organization.
  • Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Ensure that new projects and transfers are executed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and track department KPIs and establish corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for the quality team.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions derived from audits, customer claims, and product findings.
  • Monitor quality costs.
  • Establish product acceptance and rejection criteria during final inspection and sub-process inspections.
  • Issue product audit reports for finished goods.
  • Support management in defining strategies and objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement projects and best practices.
  • Direct and lead the quality team based on project and customer requirements aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate APQP activities for new product launches and engineering changes.
  • Review PPAP documentation prior to prototype and production release.
  • Track project progress against timelines.
  • Coordinate materials and services procurement follow-up to ensure project execution.
