ProperExpression is hiring a Senior SEO Strategist to lead high-impact, revenue-focused SEO campaigns for fast-growing B2B and SaaS brands. - 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on SEO experience, driving consistent growth in organic traffic, qualified leads, and revenue across diverse industries.
- Proven ability to execute and scale AI-enhanced SEO strategies, including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIO (AI-Driven Optimization) for platforms like ChatGPT, Bard, and Perplexity.
- Deep experience in traditional SEO pillars: technical SEO, content strategy, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink acquisition.
- Skilled in optimizing for AI-generated search results (AI Overviews/AI Snapshots), including structured data markup, passage indexing, and semantic content optimization.
- Mastery of advanced SEO platforms: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, etc.
- Experienced with Google's full marketing and analytics ecosystem: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Merchant Center.
- Comfortable integrating SEO strategies with paid media (PPC), CRO, and full-funnel marketing tactics for holistic performance.
- Strong background in schema markup, structured data, and entity-based SEO to support AI engine understanding and topical authority.
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO and the use of AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Content at Scale) to generate, optimize, and audit high-impact content at scale.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript - able to collaborate effectively with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Competent in data analysis and visualization using reporting tools like Looker Studio, Excel, GA4 Explorations, and third-party BI tools.
- Experience with localization and international SEO best practices, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeted content optimization.
- Strong understanding of E-E-A-T, content clustering, and internal linking structures that improve both user experience and crawlability.
- At least one year in a Marketing agency environment is preferred but not required.
- Participate in the formulation of marketing strategy at the inception of a client engagement.
