People Analytics (Data Engineer)
. Si contás con experiencia en Power BI (dashboards y DAX), Python (Pandas), SQL y consolidación de datos dispersos, esta oportunidad es para vos.

Nuestro cliente es la entidad financiera líder de Argentina y la infraestructura central del mercado de capitales: el lugar donde se negocian acciones, bonos y otros instrumentos, conectando a inversores con empresas y pymes que buscan financiamiento. Su ecosistema canaliza el ahorro hacia la inversión real, impulsando proyectos, empleo y crecimiento económico.

Este rol te permitirá transformar datos de RRHH en insights estratégicos dentro de una institución clave del sistema financiero. Suena alineado con tu perfil?

Responsabilidades

• Relevar, encontrar y consolidar información proveniente de distintas fuentes (datos dispersos).


• Limpiar, organizar y sistematizar los datos para su uso recurrente y consistente.


• Diseñar, construir y mantener dashboards y visualizaciones claras y accionables para usuarios no técnicos (líderes y management).


• Generar y dar seguimiento a métricas orientadas a RRHH (ej.: ingresos/egresos, rotación, rotación promedio, rangos etarios, composición de la fuerza laboral, entre otras).


• Proponer e implementar mejoras continuas para que la información se capitalice y se use efectivamente en decisiones de gestión.

Requisitos

• Power BI: construcción de dashboards para audiencias no técnicas + modelado de datos (ideal: DAX).


• Python: limpieza, transformación y automatización básica de datos (p. ej., Pandas o equivalente).


• SQL y manejo práctico de bases de datos para consultar, cruzar y consolidar información.


• Experiencia encontrando, integrando y depurando datos dispersos (múltiples fuentes) hasta convertirlos en información confiable.


• Experiencia trabajando con datos de Recursos Humanos (no excluyente).
