Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a
Project Manager con conocimiento en Marketing digital.

Será responsable de liderar la estrategia digital de los proyectos asignados, con foco en la adquisición de leads, crecimiento de marca y optimización de la inversión publicitaria.

Su misión principal será garantizar que cada acción de marketing esté alineada con los objetivos comerciales, gestionando campañas, equipos y recursos para maximizar el rendimiento, generar oportunidades de negocio y consolidar el posicionamiento digital de la marca en los distintos mercados de LATAM.

: Córdoba Capital.

Modalidad de trabajo:
Presencial.

Jornada laboral:
lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 h.

Contratación
a tiempo indefinido.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, implementar y supervisar campañas digitales (orgánicas y pagadas).
  • Gestionar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos de marketing digital.
  • Monitorear métricas clave y proponer mejoras continuas.
  • Coordinar con equipos internos y externos para garantizar la eficiencia de los proyectos.
  • Supervisar de manera indirecta al Community Manager, asegurando coherencia entre la estrategia y la ejecución.
  • Administrar presupuestos publicitarios y garantizar un ROI positivo.
  • Reportar avances, resultados e incidencias a la gerencia de PM LATAM y Marketing.

Requisitos

  • Profesionales graduados Técnico/a o universitario/a en Marketing, Administración, Publicidad o afines.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de marketing digital y campañas publicitarias.
  • Habilidades para el liderazgo de proyectos y/o coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Conocimiento en marketing digital; estrategias orgánicas y de Paid Media.
  • Conocimiento en Meta Ads, Google Ads; Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, entre otras.
  • Conocimiento en CRM Zoho (deseable).
  • Manejo en herramientas de gestión de proyectos Jira (no excluyente)
