Estamos buscando un Voice AI Engineer / Software Developer para sumarse a un equipo que está construyendo agentes de IA por voz en producción, integrados con sistemas reales (telefonía, APIs, CRMs, pagos, etc.).

Si te interesa trabajar en IA conversacional aplicada, con foco en voz, baja latencia y experiencia de usuario, este rol es para vos.

¿Qué vas a hacer?


• Diseñar y desarrollar agentes de IA por voz (Voice Bots / AI Agents).


• Integrar ASR, TTS y LLMs en flujos conversacionales complejos.


• Trabajar con telefonía (SIP, WebRTC, carriers, IVR) y eventos en tiempo real.


• Construir e integrar APIs y servicios backend.


• Optimizar latencia, estabilidad y calidad de audio.


• Colaborar con producto y operaciones para llevar soluciones de IA a producción.

Requisitos técnico

• Experiencia como Software Engineer / Backend / AI Engineer

• Buen manejo de Python (excluyente). es un plus

.
• Experiencia (o fuerte interés) en

• IA conversacional / Voice A

• LLMs y orquestación de agente

s
• Integraciones vía API y sistemas distribuido

s
• Conocimientos en cloud (AWS, GCP o similar)

.
• Capacidad para trabajar con sistemas en producción y escalar soluciones

.

• Experiencia con telefonía, SIP, Twilio, carriers o VoIP

.
• Experiencia en ASR / TTS / NLP - Speech-to-speech

.
• Background en startups o productos B2B

.
• Mentalidad de producto y ownership técnico
