Resumen del Rol

Volt Home busca un PROCESS AND TRANSFORMATION MANAGER para liderar la operación técnica y funcional de herramientas de Business Intelligence, centrado en nuestro CRM,HubSpot y las herramientas conectadas al flujo operativo de ventas,Marketing operaciones y administración.

El objetivo del rol es mantener y escalar las capacidades operativas del negocio mediante la gestión integral de procesos, automatizaciones y sistemas conectados. La arquitectura de herramientas de BI de Volt.

Este puesto pertenece al área P&T (Processes & Technology), que actúa como el motor que traduce las necesidades del negocio en soluciones tecnológicas eficientes.

El candidato ideal combina una visión de negocio sólida con capacidad técnica para diseñar, implementar y mantener sistemas que soporten la operación de Volt Home.

Herramientas Clave

  • HubSpot CRM (Sales, Operations & Marketing Hubs)

  • Make (Integromat) – automatizaciones e integraciones entre sistemas

  • NetSuite ERP – sincronización de datos y procesos administrativos

  • DocuSign – flujos de firma, automatización de documentos

  • JustCall – telefonía integrada y registro de comunicaciones

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Administrar y optimizar la instancia de HubSpot, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de pipelines, workflows y propiedades personalizadas. Hubspot se implementó en octubre de 2025.

  • Diseñar, mantener y documentar procesos automatizados de HubSpot y también Make, NetSuite, DocuSign y JustCall.

  • Analizar necesidades operativas del negocio y traducirlas en soluciones dentro del ecosistema de P&T.

  • Supervisar la integridad y consistencia de los datos en todos los sistemas conectados.

  • Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias técnicas o lógicas que afecten los flujos automatizados.

  • Implementar mejoras de eficiencia y escalabilidad en procesos de ventas, operaciones y administración.

  • Capacitar y dar soporte técnico a usuarios internos (Sales, Ops, Finance, Admin).

  • Documentar todos los flujos críticos y dependencias para garantizar la continuidad operativa.

  • Coordinar con equipos internos y externos (proveedores tecnológicos o consultores) el desarrollo y mantenimiento de integraciones.

Perfil Buscado

  • Experiencia comprobada (3+ años) administrando HubSpot CRM y diseñando workflows avanzados.

  • Experiencia práctica en herramientas como / similares a Make (Integromat), NetSuite, DocuSign y JustCall.

  • Sólido entendimiento de procesos de negocio (Sales, Ops, Finance) y su traducción a lógica técnica - temas especificos de negocio de Volt Home sera capacitado por la empresa.
    Capacidad para estructurar procesos y documentarlos de forma clara y escalable.
  • Inglés Avanzado (excluyente).
