About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Software Engineering Instructor
to join our dynamic education team in Buenos Aires. You will play a key role in training and mentoring the next generation of software developers by delivering hands-on, project-based learning in a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach software engineering fundamentals and modern development practices (e.g., Git, Agile, TDD, CI/CD).
  • Instruct students in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, React, , or Java.
  • Facilitate code reviews, group projects, and technical workshops.
  • Provide feedback and support to help students grow technically and professionally.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers to ensure high-quality learning materials.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Prior teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English and/or Spanish.
  • Passion for education, technology, and community building.

Instructor/a de Ingeniería de Software
apasionado/a y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo educativo en Buenos Aires. Serás clave en la formación de futuros desarrolladores mediante una enseñanza práctica, basada en proyectos, dentro de un entorno colaborativo y estimulante.

Responsabilidades:

  • Enseñar fundamentos de ingeniería de software y prácticas modernas de desarrollo (por ejemplo: Git, Agile, TDD, CI/CD).
  • Dictar clases sobre lenguajes y frameworks como JavaScript, Python, React, o Java.
  • Guiar revisiones de código, proyectos grupales y talleres técnicos.
  • Brindar retroalimentación y apoyo continuo para el crecimiento técnico y profesional de los estudiantes.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de contenidos para mantener materiales educativos de alta calidad.

Requisitos:

  • 3+ años de experiencia en desarrollo o ingeniería de software.
  • Experiencia previa en docencia, mentoría o formación técnica (deseable).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y dominio del inglés y/o español.
  • Pasión por la educación, la tecnología y el desarrollo de comunidades.
