Responsibilities
  • Lead F45's HIIT group training classes
  • Consistently provide an exceptional F45 premier fitness experience; welcoming members by name, motivating members, ensuring attention to all members during classes, and ensuring that members are performing exercises safely and correctly
  • Promote an inclusive, welcoming, energetic and fun community environment
  • Perform in-person, goal-oriented, fitness consultations with clients, using InBody and other resources
  • Promote member engagement and retention
  • Be a F45 brand ambassador inside and outside the studio, developing and nurturing a sense of community
  • Participate in social media campaigns and member events
  • Assist with effective daily operation of the studio: opening, closing, cleaning, and organization, etc.
Qualifications
  • Reliable, passionate, positive, and hardworking motivator towards wanting to help improve the lives of others
  • Must possess and maintain NCCA Accredited Fitness Certification of Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSA, ACSM, PTA Global, AFAA)
  • Training Experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Must possess and maintain CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking
  • Physically able to complete F45 classes, to move heavy weights (50+ pounds) safely, and able to be on your feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of workouts
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends)

Compensation: $ $50.00 per hour
