About This Role: We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end—from building comprehensive backend services to clean, reliable front-end experiences. You’ll translate high-level product direction and architectural decisions into scalable backend services and polished UI interactions. The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals, understands how to design systems that scale, and can move quickly by leveraging modern frameworks and AI-assisted development tools. Success in this role means shipping robust customer-facing features and elevating the overall engineering quality of the product. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable backend services, data models, and API endpointsIntegrate third-party APIs and build internal services that support product featuresBuild responsive, modular UI components based on Figma designsMaintain consistency across the front-end architecture and shared component systemsOptimize client-side performance and improve UX using modern patterns and best practicesWrite tests across the stack to ensure stable, reliable releasesUse AI-assisted coding tools to increase development speed, test coverage, and improve code qualityContribute to continuous refactoring and improvements Software/Platforms/Tools: ReactTypeScriptShadcn/UIPythonFastAPIPydanticPostgresSQLModelGCPGitHubSlackZoom Qualifications: 3–5+ years of full-stack engineering or backend-heavy product engineering experienceStrong experience developing both front-end and backend features end-to-endAbility to translate product and design requirements into technical plans and clean implementationsExperience working with relational databases, data modeling, and API integrationsComfort using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)Excellent oral and written English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)Strong attention to detail, engineering discipline, and reliabilitySelf-driven, able to thrive in fast-moving startup environmentsStable internet connection and ability to work independently Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US EST/CST
