Were Looking For a Technical Project Manager Were searching for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of business goals and technical execution helping us build high-impact digital products from scratch in short, focused delivery cycles. At Darwoft, TPMs are much more than task trackers. They're facilitators, decision-makers, and strategic partners in product creation. What Youll Be Doing Manage and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with business needsTrack technical deliveries using Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to foster a collaborative cultureCoordinate production releases with the engineering teamMaintain and communicate product roadmaps aligned with client objectivesMonitor project KPIs, including cost, scope, timing, and qualityCreate and present clear, concise reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders What You Bring 5+ years of experience managing software development projectsStrong knowledge or certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, etc.)Solid understanding of technical concepts, architecture, and development workflowsIntermediate-advanced English skills (B2 or above), both spoken and writtenCritical thinking and problem-solving mindsetEmpathetic leadership and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams with clarity and warmth Perks & Benefits (Full-Time Employee) Full-time contract with payment in ARS100% remote workCompetitive salariesLegal leave and vacation days5 extra personal days off per yearAccess to top learning platformsBenefits and discounts cardWelcome kitReimbursement programsEnglish classesBirthday giftHealthy BreakDarwoft-style celebrations: anniversaries, year-end parties, birthdays, and fun team-building events
