You will evaluate authorization packets, validate compliance, and ensure all documentation required for a successful record retrieval is present and accurate.This position requires a deep understanding of how medical record authorizations work, including HIPAA compliance, state-specific laws, and standard release procedures. You will work with internal teams and customers to correct deficiencies, complete missing items, and escalate exceptions when needed.
