We are looking for a Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our team and provide high-quality end-user support. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve issues remotely and over the phone. Key Responsibilities:● Provide Level 2 support for end users, resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software.● Perform remote troubleshooting via phone, remote tools, and ticketing system.● Manage and maintain Active Directory (users, groups, permissions, password resets).● Support and administer Microsoft environments (Windows OS, Microsoft , Office apps).● Assist with system administration tasks, escalations, and incident resolution.● Document actions, solutions, and procedures clearly.● Collaborate with other technicians when issues require escalation or cross-team support. Requirements:● 3–5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.● Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows 10/11, Microsoft , Outlook, Teams, etc.● Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user management, group policies, permissions).● Ability to troubleshoot remotely and guide end users effectively over the phone.● Solid understanding of system administration fundamentals.● Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.● Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to Have:● Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).● Experience with Google Workspace.● Prior work with an MSP or service-driven IT environment.
