Tenemos una emocionante oportunidad en un importante líder en su segmento Estamos en la búsqueda de un Analista de SAP Sr para unirse a importante equipo de soporte interno de la operación. Responsabilidades: Administrar plataformas onPremise ECC y RISE S/4HANA. Crear tickets en SAP para mantenimiento y solución de errores. Ser referente y realizar seguimiento del mantenimiento de la plataforma RISE S/4HANA con el Focal Point Client Delivery Manager (CDM) y Technical Service Manager (TSM) en entornos Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). Actualizar Kernel, aplicar paquetes de mejora, paquetes de soporte, aplicar notas de SAP. Actualizar periódicamente diferentes Entornos (SandBox, DEV, QAS y PRD), incluyendo la instalación de nuevos sistemas, licencias, idiomas, etc. Poseer conocimientos en aspectos/implementaciones de seguridad en entornos SAP y S/4HANA. Requisitos: Estudios/cursos en Administración y Gestión de entornos RISE with S/4HANA y Plataforma BTP. Graduado o estudiante avanzado en Tecnologías de la Información Universitaria/Analista de Sistemas. Experiencia en la administración de Entornos/Ambientes/Mandantes y Transportes de cambios (Workbench & Customizing) en entornos on Premise y Cloud (RISE with S4HANA). Conocimiento de tareas de mantenimiento, seguimiento y actualizaciones. Conocimiento de roles de seguridad y usuarios de SAP. Conocimiento de la plataforma BTP – Integraciones – SAP Integration Suite (Deseable).
