These initiatives involve rapid prototyping and validation of new business ideas and hypotheses.The work includes a range of solutions, such as:A comprehensive insurance management system.A data-rich web UI featuring complex charts and historical trend visualization.A property insurance platform with multi-tier backend calculations.Web-based insurance tools tailored for specialized industries.These projects aim to deliver robust, full stack applications that combine modern, high-performance web interfaces with transparent and scalable backend architectures.Tech stackLanguages: JavaScript, TypeScriptFrontend: React, HTML5, CSS3, Zustand, TanStack React Query, React Hook FormBackend: Node.js, Express, NestJSDatabases: MongoDB, SQL (Prisma, Mongoose)Tools: Git, Vite, ESLint, WebSockets, REST APIs, GitHub Flow, GitHub ActionsDevOps/Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes (optional), CI/CD pipelinesresponsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express, and NestJS.Build secure, performant, and scalable backend systems with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and cloud services.Integrate data storage solutions (e.g., blob stores, key-value stores).Implement security and data protection best practices.Participate in backend system design and architecture planning.Develop interactive and responsive UIs using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing, user-centric applications.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.Optimize frontend performance and maintainability using modern build tools like Vite.Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver end-to-end features.Collaborate on API design and full stack integration.Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve full stack application issues.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.requirements-expected :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.Proven experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.Strong grasp of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSockets.Proficiency with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Mongoose.Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational database management, complex query writing, and optimization.Experience with asynchronous programming and state management.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
