This startup will work on cutting-edge projects using AI and building prototypes to develop next-generation products.RESTART is looking to add two Fullstack Developers (Python / PHP / React) to its R&D department. These roles will be responsible for transforming ideas into tangible solutions by creating prototypes and proof of concepts. The mission: explore and validate new technologies, frameworks, and AI methodologies to deliver innovative products and services that create real value for clients.🎯 Key Responsibilities Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate new ideas (Python, PHP, React). Research and experiment with new technologies, frameworks, and AI methodologies. Collaborate with Architecture and Implementation teams to assess technical feasibility. Run rapid iterations based on feedback from clients and stakeholders. Stay up to date on tech trends and propose innovative initiatives to improve products and processes. Ensure prototypes can scale and adapt to production environments if successfully validated. ✨ What We Value Graduate or advanced student in Computer Science / Systems Engineering (or related fields). Minimum 5 years of experience in Python, PHP, and React development. Database experience: MySQL, SQL, MongoDB. Solid knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and distributed systems. Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (a plus). Advanced English. 📍 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote) 📌 Location: Microcentro, Buenos Aires | Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
