**Execution Trader (ARS Local Currency & Global Bonds, Argentina)**

**Reports to**: Head of Fixed Income Trading

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in executing trades across ARS-denominated sovereign bonds, global bonds, and related FX positions.
- Monitor market flows, liquidity, and pricing to ensure accurate trade execution.
- Actively support senior traders in capturing market opportunities and implementing approved strategies.
- Track macroeconomic indicators, monetary policy updates, fiscal developments, and geopolitical events affecting the Argentine fixed income and FX markets.
- Prepare summaries of market developments and assist in trade reporting.
- Support monitoring of positions and risk exposures, ensuring adherence to trade limits, compliance guidelines, and risk protocols.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with brokers, market makers, and counterparties.
- Contribute to the team’s understanding of the local market environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in trading, execution, or market support, ideally with **ARS local currency bonds, global bonds, or FX markets**.
- Strong understanding of the Argentine macroeconomic and political landscape, central bank policies, and debt markets.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
