Southern Cone and Andean Strategy & Operations Marketing Role, will be responsible for coordinating and supporting client marketing organization with the operations and go to markets tools in order sell, execute and implement with excellence all the initiatives with clients. This role will work with the different multifunctional teams to support the implementation of the Visa Marketing Service Model for Southern Cone and Andean regions
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
- Project and financial planning and execution experience
- Experience working in financial and budget planning
- Strong experience and understanding on Planning, Corporate Finances, Business Acumen
- Strong PMO Project Management Experience
- Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
- Strong collaborations and teamwork skills
- Strong ability to present with impact in English and Spanish
