Internal Training Specialist

The Internal Training team carries out all training initiatives aimed specifically at Avaturians, from onboarding plans for each area to training modules regularly available to all of Avature. They work hand-in-hand with Talent Management and Internal Communications for planning and alignment.
Your challenges and objectives
- Ensure Avaturians have all the knowledge they need about Avature solutions and features, and the processes and tools of their team.
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging training modules with the assistance of experts.
- Provide a smooth onboarding experience to new Avaturians, supporting them as they learn about their teams and our product.
- Promote learning at Avature by sharing teaching frameworks and supporting knowledge sharing.

Your day-to-day activities
- Arrange and deliver onboarding training.
- Assist in the creation and execution of onboarding plans.
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate training programs' effectiveness, and implement improvements.
- Produce training decks, visual aids, and other instructional resources.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, no-shows, reported issues.
- Create or assist in the creation of specific training modules in alignment with our corporate strategy.

About you
- Proficient in English.
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent level of resourcefulness.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint).
- Sound decision-making and organizational skills.
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
