**Responsibilities**
- Be intimately familiar with optimizing the various features of Unreal, utilizing the profiling tools provided by the engine
- Be very experienced with using the profiling tools provided by Nintendo/Sony/Microsoft for profiling on console hardware
**Qualifications**
- Min 10 years of development
- Min 6 years of development, expert in C++
- Min 5 years of engine optimization experience. Experience with optimizing for CPU, GPU, and/or memory in Unreal and/or console hardware
- Has shipped multiple games, ideally on multiple platforms
- Is strongly self-motivated and is no stranger to finding work that needs to be done and taking ownership of it
- Has a wealth of experience in profiling a game to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and develop optimizations

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $100,000,000.00 per month
