**Requirements (What you'll do for us)**:

- Lead the implementation of Operational Excellence (OE) tools and ensure sustainability through employee empowerment.
- Support and engage in workshops and Scrum projects to promote continuous improvement across departments.
- Champion the digitalization and automation of processes using Microsoft tools (Power Apps/Power Automate).
- Coordinate and support the implementation of Plant of the Future (PoF) initiatives and PMO projects, streamlining operations for efficiency and innovation.
- Manage and secure the monthly metric reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in performance tracking.

**Qualifications (What are the qualifications needed)**:

- Proven experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or similar fields within the CPG industry.
- Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and tools, such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and drive change management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with global teams and fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
- Logical and analytical thinking, capable of managing PI targets and supporting financial performance targets.
