Engineering Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Project Engineering division in the Process Automation business line in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will be mainly accountable for: - Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines. - Utilizing an understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements. - Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. - Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills. **Qualifications for the role**:

- You are a student of Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.
- You are at ease communicating in English fluently.
- You are innovative with a proactive approach and are curious to research and experiment with new technology projects to enhance client operations.
- Experience using artificial intelligence or other innovative technologies.
- Possess knowledge of PLCs and control systems (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with modeling and mathematical simulation tools (not mandatory).
