Litigation Support Analyst

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Legal Department of JPMorgan Chase is responsible for the provision of legal services to the Corporation and is organized by Practice Groups that conform to the organization of the Firm’s lines of business and corporate staff areas. This structure encourages legal teams to communicate legal and regulatory changes to the businesses and staff areas and for the lines of business and staff areas to communicate business developments that have legal or regulatory implications to the legal teams in a timely manner.

The Litigation, GIRE & HR Law department manages a range of litigation, pre-litigation, employment and regulatory disputes involving the Firm. The BACC Litigation Support Team is a cross-functional shared services team within the Litigation Department that supports different Litigation Practice Groups, depending on departmental needs.

A portion of your workload will also relate to supporting other Litigation Practice Groups depending on departmental needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Government Request and Inquiry Analysis/Intake
- Research, identify and collect data in support of regulatory requests, working closely with GIRE attorneys to fulfill requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Event Reconstruction: Drafting Chronologies, Synopses, and Summaries of Facts
- Case File and Document Management
- Document Production, including organization of exhibits and bates stamping
- Settlement and Payment Processing

**Required Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in litigation at a law firm or financial institution.
- Experience managing multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong ability to review and summarize legal documents to assist with analysis of data
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Competence with the suite of Microsoft Office products
