This person will be responsible for evaluating and documenting the client’s infrastructure and data landscape to assess best practices and define long-term improvement opportunities.

The role involves reviewing the current environment (Azure, C#, Mongo, Service Bus, K8, Workflow orchestration), identifying architectural and operational gaps, and proposing a roadmap for reliability, maintainability, and observability.

Once the assessment is complete, this role will help shape and guide the implementation

Skills needed:

- C#
- Python
- MongoDB
- Azure and AWS
- Azure Service Bus, Azure AKS (Kubernetes)

Soft skills:

- Strong analytical and documentation capabilities
- Strategic thinker with long-term architectural vision
- Excellent communication to interface with technical and business stakeholders
- Leadership to guide future team formation

Nice-to-have:

- Cloud Architect certification in Azure and/or AWS
- Experience in jobs/workloads distribution
- Experience as Data Architect or Solutions Architect with clear hands-on experience
- Experience optimizing code, specially C#
- Experience with Temporal
