**What this job involves**: As a Research and Consulting Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the research and consulting team in conducting market research and analysis to provide valuable insights to our clients in the commercial real estate industry. You will play a crucial role in collecting and interpreting data, developing reports, and assisting in client presentations. Additionally, your role will involve supporting the development of consultancies for some of the main corporate assets, both existing and under development, such as offices, mixed-use properties, and industrial spaces.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Research and Consulting Analyst to join our team:

- Location: San Isidro, Peru.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Work model: On site
- Contract Type: Indefinite-term

What is your day to day?
Assist in the development and execution of research projects to evaluate market trends, supply and demand, and conduct competitor analysis.
Gather data from various sources, including online databases, industry publications, and government reports.
Conduct data analysis using statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings, market insights, and recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with consultants and other team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of research projects.
Monitor and track market indicators, economic data, and industry news to stay up-to-date with market conditions and trends.
Support business development efforts by preparing professional proposals and responding to client inquiries.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and conference calls to contribute research insights and address client questions.

Desired experience and technical skills
Fluent English
At least 3 years of experience in similar jobs
**Strong analytical skills**: Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and interpreting data, conducting financial analysis, and deriving insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.

**Market research expertise**: Experience in researching market trends, utilizing industry reports, and forecasting market conditions.

**Excellent communication skills**: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through written reports and presentations.

**Proficiency in data analysis tools**: Familiarity with software programs such as Excel, SPSS, or other statistical analysis tools is beneficial.

**Industry knowledge**: Understanding of real estate, economic trends, and financial principles is essential.

**Detail-oriented**: Attention to detail is crucial for accurate data analysis and reporting.

**Team player**: Collaboration and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams is key.
