**About the role**:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will make an impact by driving alignment and execution of high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with VP-level leaders across Product and Engineering. You will be a valued member of the DE team, overseeing end-to-end program execution, managing risks, and ensuring transparency and efficiency across global programs. Your leadership will be key in delivering business value through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
**In this role, you will**:
- Drive alignment to and execution of cross-functional initiatives and programs in partnership with VP-level leaders.
- Oversee end-to-end program execution, including risk management, communication, quarterly planning, resourcing, prioritization, and dependency management.
- Collaborate with partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage, and mitigate program risks.
- Organize and lead cadence-based stakeholder and leadership meetings, tracking actions and providing timely updates on program status, schedules, risks, and blockers.
- Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency and team performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value while maintaining high quality and visibility.
**Work model**:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state. **What you need to have to be considered**:
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional global programs.
- Ability to develop clear program strategies and high-level program plans.
- Experience building strong cross-team relationships and partnerships.
- Ability to synthesize data from various sources and present it clearly to leadership and execution teams.
- Experience curating program metrics and creating dashboards or scorecards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
