At **Directa24** we are looking for a self-motivated **Semi Senior **Regional Accounting Analyst **to join our multinational team. The main objective is review and to coordinate the accounting & administration team. Solve accounting issues and mitigate risks.

**What will you be doing?**
- Management of the accounting closing process to accomplish timely month closure.
- Responsible for monitoring the balance sheets and deadlines.
- Administrate and control the reconciliation of local banks.
- Control of local financial statement.
- Analyze risks and issues.
- Continuous contact with various teams, including Treasury, Operations, and Internal Audit, for investigation and resolution of differences between accounting and other sources of accounting information.
- Be in constant search of opportunities of effectiveness and efficiency in the way we work. Great opportunity to redefine processes, and tools to allow us be more agile and increase time available for analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Bchelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years in a similar position.
- Understanding and knowledge of tax legislation.
- Experience using Oracle.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong math and research skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Advanced English is a plus.
**This is a 100% remote role.
