**About the Change Management & Internal Communications Manager Role**
Reporting to the Change Management and Internal Communication Global Manager and in close communication with the HR team, you will play a pivotal role at Pro Mujer driving the global change management and internal communications strategy, promoting a culture of innovation and helping develop cutting-edge HR solutions in Latin America. You will be responsible for implementing a sustainable cultural transformation strategy aligned with Pro Mujer´s strategic plans.
This role will allow you to shape Pro Mujer´s team for the future. This includes changes to business processes, systems, job roles and organizational structures so Pro Mujer can best equip its people to lead, navigate change, and improve productivity.
**Requisitos**:
**Essential Functions**
- The creation and development of the Change Management plan that seeks to promote the rapid adoption of new business processes and/or technology to be implemented in a project.
- Identify audiences impacted by the solution to be implemented and evaluate the impact of the change for each of our collaborators, proposing mitigation actions.
- Provide advice on the management of the main stakeholders, seeking to ensure the commitment of the leaders to achieve the success of the project.
- Co-creating with the internal client, develop training and communication materials (included in the Change Management plan).
- Coordinate with the communication agency, the content development, monitoring and implementation of the different communication actions, aimed at promoting the cultural transformation of the organization.
- Generate content, monitor and disseminate the different pieces of communication that allow conversations aimed at promoting the transformations defined by the organization.
- Analyze the metrics of our internal communication channel to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize results.
- Manage the annual Culture & Climate Survey according to the drivers and criteria established by the team and participate in the assembly of indicators and results reporting of the organizational Culture & climate.
**Qualifications**
- Degree required in the field of Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or Communications.
- 3-5 years of experience in change management and strategic communications and lean change management.
- Digitally savvy - Proficiency in using technology and learning new technologies and software.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with colleagues at different levels within an organization.
- Strategic thinker, with solid judgment and demonstrated integrity.
- Skills to work independently and in a large project team setting.
- Excellent organizational, meeting planning coordination and project management skills.
- Organized, independent, and self-motivated with a team player attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
**Position will be based in Argentina or México**
