Right now, we are looking for a **People Analytics Lead **to join our team
- You will get the chance to:_

- Interact with the leading companies from different industries, such as LinkedIn, BBVA, Electronics Arts and Coca Cola, among others.
- Analyze business indicators for the company, reporting results and trends to management and different areas.
- Defining area goals together with Manager
- Ensuring team development and Performance assessment of the team. Analyzing different critical indicators and their impact on the business.
- Provide t coaching to team members.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Background in HR/People areas.
- Experience in HR Data & Analytics Practices.
- Advanced Knowledge in Processes Improvement.
- Power BI & Tableau Package skills;
- Success factors & SAP Desktop HR Reporting tools.
- Experience in HR analytics and performance areas or similar.
- Being an advanced student or graduate in fields as Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
