Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our lead generation efforts, qualifying leads, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential customers, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into qualified opportunities.

Marketing Manager

Your key responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target markets, industries, and potential customers.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to capture the attention of prospects and generate interest in our products/services.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects, communicate the value proposition of our offerings, and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and effective alignment of strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead qualification outcomes in our CRM system.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation tactics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for prospecting.

About you:

- +4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, prospecting or a similar role within a B2B environment in a Software company.
- Conversational English proficiency
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools (Zoho is a plus).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and digital marketing techniques is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Eager to learn new skills and technologies
