Spines is a cutting-edge publishing house that uses AI technologies to streamline and accelerate the production process. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesperson to join our team and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote our products and services using a prepared script. Able to adjust pitch spontaneously if the situation demands it.
- Engage with prospective and current customers to answer questions and address concerns.
- Maintain customer files with utmost accuracy in our database.
- Uphold Spines’ high standards in customer service.
- Meet and exceed KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Resilient and able to self-motivate against aggressive targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Full-time availability.
- Fluent English (both written and verbal). Ideally C1 upwards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred).

Pay: From $18,000,000.00 per year
