**About the team**

The position is assigned to the Service Delivery Hub team which is responsible of providing the commercial and legal support to the Americas Region from Global Commercial Finance.

The team evaluates, approves and oversees sales quotations, commercial calculations and contracts for all the region.

In addition, the team monitors policies and standard operating procedures executions, and constantly migrates task from local commercial market units.

**What you’ll do**

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Commercial Finance, Service Delivery Hub

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina - (Hybrid: Remote and in person)

Duration: Up to 18 months
- Support Contract Creation for On-Premise Licenses & Cloud Subscriptions.
- Capacity to track and report volume and approval figures.
- Provide basic commercial calculations to the team.
- Cooperation and communication with internal customers.
- Ensures timely response to customers.
- Continuous improvement: Assist in projects to address long term issues with commercial processes and drive efficiencies.

**Who you are**

**Work Experience**

Customer service experience is a plus. The same applies to work and travel / foreign exchange experiences.

**Education and qualification / Skills and competencies**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- University Student (mandatory). Legal, Commercial and Accounting background is preferred.
- Advanced English and Portuguese languages skills (mandatory).
- Excel and accounting expertise is a big plus.

- Able to express ideas clearly and confidently in speech and writing.
- Team Player: Work confidently within a group.
- Able to act on initiative, identify opportunities & proactive in putting forward ideas & solutions.
