We are looking for an experienced, full-stack engineer who is passionate about their work and looking to drive large initiatives at an early stage venture. This role allows you to make a huge impact on the lives of our customers—merchants and shoppers alike. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and architect impactful products and features our customers use on a daily basis
- Work closely with the cross-functional leadership team to plan, define requirements, and implement specifications of each feature
- Drive technical reviews to ensure designs efficiently meet product requirements and describe an optimal implementation
- Help scope team projects into well-defined milestones to incrementally deliver improvements
- Provide technical leadership in domain areas
- Mentor and develop engineering teammates
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software development experience in rapid product development building responsive web pages using a combination of HTML, CSS3, and Javascript (ES6)
- 3+ years of experience in React and NodeJS
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Bonus points
- Experience with building for eCommerce platforms
- Experience with build chain tools like Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, and Yarn
- Interest and ability to learn new coding languages as needed
- Experience in human-computer interaction, accessibility guidelines, and a passion for delighting users

**Salary**: $5,336,700.00 - $7,471,380.00 per year
