We are looking for a **Tech Leader Site Reliability Engineer **to work remote with our SRE team to help build out, tune, and maintain cloud infrastructure. This person needs to be well-versed in the latest approaches to CI/CD, as well as having in-depth knowledge of foundational infrastructure technology such as GCP and AWS.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead engineering projects from initial concept, quoting, testing, implementation, and completion.**

**Provide project estimates and timelines; ensure projects stay on task and on budget.**

**Identify and remove bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects or production.**

**Analyze existing operations and oversee training sessions and meetings to discuss improvement implementation.**

**Follow latest industry trends and developments.**

**Perform hands-on troubleshooting as required.**

**Delegate projects and workflow to team members.**

**Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems.**

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in a DevOps/Cloud Engineer/SRE role.
- Experience with SRE culture, improving reliability with automation, chaos testing, and process improvement.
- Advanced knowledge on cloud based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD technology including Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of system monitoring tools including, but not limited to Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics. Etc.
- Experience on containerization tools and orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing and operating and fine tuning multiple databases, like SQL, NoSQL, Data warehousing.
- Experience designing and operating event driven architectures (Kafka, Confluent, etc).
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems and cloud infrastructure at scale (GCP).
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- English languague.
