It's like Saturday Night Live: Monday we're writing on a new script and the rest of the week our producers and editors work to get it made. The ad then goes into testing and we get to learn if it's a hit or not. Coming up with ads that have a 7-figure impact for clients is an awesome feeling

**About the position**

The RCP Production Assistant's job is to support our RCP Team with production operations during weekends and holidays. You'll work from Friday to Monday, remotely, and back up the team during national holidays (we'll exchange those days for another Friday or Monday if the holiday is not in your regular Fri-Mon schedule so you only work 4 days a week). The role is flexible: you might be giving support to coordinate shootings one week and working to help arrange product shipments another. We are producing a ton of video ads every week and there is a lot to do You'll also provide strategic advice to our RCP Team Lead on how we can lead and develop best practices around our workflows and systems. Most of all you'll be part of an awesome team of people working to change the world of marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- You'll be supporting our RCP Producers and our RCP Team Lead.
- General UGC Production Team duties like contacting talents, making sure production and products are happening the way they need to and more. This is more a project management role than a video production role so it's OK if you don't have much experience in the latter (though it's preferred)
- Always think up ways to help us #getbetter - our best ideas come from our teammates.
- Various other RCP Production Management responsibilities as they pop up.
- Help build a good team spirit, support your teammates in other tasks, think of new ways to work as a team with other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid English, both oral and written. We are a US-based company. All written and oral communication at Ready Set is in English, though communicating in Spanish locally with Argentina teams is welcome of course.
- Comfort with platforms like Monday/Asana, Slack, Google docs, Google sheets, etc.
- Preferred: experience working on remote teams and experience in audiovisual production companies.
