**The Position**:
Support the regional Commercial Excellence team for the Animal Health business across South America by assisting in the administration of the Veeva CRM system and responding to operational needs. This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial planning, data management, and customer segmentation, contributing to strategic initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Assist in the administration and data quality management of the Veeva CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Respond to internal operational requests from the Field Force across South America, providing timely support and resolution.
- Support customer segmentation processes to categorize accounts in alignment with commercial strategy.
- Perform data processing and statistical analysis, including survey handling and automation using tools such as R.
- Contribute to commercial planning by developing and uploading visit plans for strategic accounts.
- Generate and manage technical support tickets related to CRM issues, ensuring smooth system operation.

***Requirements**:

- Students in Administration, Economics, Systems, Engineering or similar fields.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
- Familiarity with statistical software such as R or similar tools (desirable).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms (desirable).
