- 5+ yrs relevant industry experience
- Extended experience working in rotation roles
- US work permit

**Preferred**:

- Experience with fabrication and hands-on problem solving
- Experience with process plant operations in particular water treatment
- South American experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
