We are looking for an exceptional US Recruiter (Legal). You should have a solid background in legal services and be familiar with the skills, experiences, and levels of expertise needed for the different vacancies, such as those for attorneys, paralegals, lawyers, counsels in the UNITED STATES.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and attract proficient legal professionals through various sourcing platforms and designed marketing strategies.

Develop and manage a strong pipeline to ensure consistent flow of potential hires.

Organize interviews, job offers, and the onboarding procedure.

Address client and employee concerns in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Must have at least 2 years of US legal recruitment experience

Knowledge of legal industry trends, regulations, and policies.

Knowledge of interviewing and assessment techniques for legal professionals.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills.

Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Possess strong working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Suite, navigating CRM software and other recruitment tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently delivering recruitment targets.
