Indirect Spot Buyer

**Indirect Spot Buyer (Portuguese Speaker) - Your future position?**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Day to day operations in the Spot Buy area:_

Execute sourcing strategies in guidance with Category Managers and Local Buyers for Brazil.
- Maintain sourcing data and price negotiations for Catalogs and MRO (stocked items)
- PO creation for indirect materials and services.
- PO amendments regarding Tax specifics for Brazil.
- Contract Management within Spot Buy Threshold defined.
- Stakeholders management: builds constructive and effective relationships within the IM&S team and internal stakeholders; open to perform trainings and presentations at local, regional or global level.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Adherence to Global Service Levels and Global Procurement Policies

**Your professional profile includes**
- Diploma: University degree preferable.
- Languages: Portuguese (must) English (intermediate)
- Professional experience: at least 2 to years of relevant experience in a comparable role.

**Technical skills**:

- Strong data analytics skills are needed for this role.
- Software skills: SAP and Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) required, Chili SRM knowledge is a plus.
- Sourcing and negotiation experience is required.
