**The Purpose**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Conducting user research and usability testing to identify user needs and behaviours
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
- Designing user interfaces (UI) that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing
- Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback to validate and refine design concepts
- Working with frontend developers to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately and effectively
- Continuously finding ways to improve the user experience to increase user satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with emerging UX/UI design trends and technologies to implement best practices.

**What we are looking for**:

- You are motivated and engaged and enjoy working as part of an international team. You will work with clients and colleagues located across the globe.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- A high-quality UX portfolio showcasing your work experience and design skill set.
- Experienced in design software such as Sketch or Figma.
- Experience in B2B industries is a nice to have.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Fluent in English. All activities are performed in English.
