- Wärtsilä Argentina está buscando un Ingeniero de Servicio de Campo dedicado y capacitado para unirse a nuestro equipo en Buenos Aires. En este rol, serás responsable de ejecutar actividades de servicio y reparaciones de productos Wärtsilä (4 tiempos) en plantas de energía terrestres, tanto de manera independiente como con colegas. Liderarás y gestionarás equipos, interactuarás con clientes y asegurarás los más altos estándares de seguridad y calidad.

**Ubicacion Principal**: Buenos Aires - Argentina

**_ **Esta posicion implica estar viajando constantemente por periodos extensos de 20 a 40 dias, sin embargo los periodos de viaje son variables**_**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ejecutar actividades de servicio y reparaciones de productos Wärtsilä (4 tiempos) en plantas de energía terrestres, de manera independiente o con colegas.
- Liderar y gestionar el equipo asignado y las actividades relacionadas durante la ejecución del trabajo.
- Interactuar con los clientes durante la ejecución del trabajo, incluyendo la realización de reuniones de introducción.
- Realizar informes de progreso internos y externos del trabajo asignado.
- Ejecutar tareas en línea con los procesos y prácticas de la organización para lograr los resultados deseados en tiempo, costo y calidad.
- Representar a Wärtsilä ante los clientes y el sector energético para lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación a las fases anteriores de ejecución del proyecto, como ventas, diseño, ingeniería, compras e instalación cuando sea necesario.
- Incrementar las ventas de repuestos a través de la interacción con el cliente y el mantenimiento preciso de registros en el campo.
- Mantener y promover los altos estándares de seguridad de Wärtsilä.

**Calificaciones**:

- Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Automotriz, Mecatrónica o un campo relacionado, combinado con experiência práctica trabajando con motores DF u otro equipo mecánico.
- Disposición para ganar experiência, viajar por el mundo y contribuir con una mentalidad positiva dentro de nuestro equipo.
- Fluidez en inglés y español, tanto escrito como hablado; el portugués es una ventaja.
- Mentalidad de servicio y trabajo en equipo, estructurado, con buena atención al detalle y automotivación.
