You have experience in the following areas:

- Project Management
- Global Payroll
- Automation and systems implementation

**Your role**
- You will be contributing your project management, automation, and payroll expertise in support of our product roadmap
- End to end coordination of multiple Payroll Projects, from implementation and project scope definition to the planning, stakeholder management and project governance phase
- Responsible for the collection and preparation of data and documents related to the projects and project related data cleansing activities and audits
- Coordinate and communicate deliverables within the payroll team and other internal departments like product, engineering, and finance to implement relevant, scalable solutions.
- Attend business and product roadmap meetings to develop future state processes, syndicate approaches with cross functional teams, document business requirements, convert requirements to functional specifications for internal teams
- You will be involved in several projects at one time.
- Some of the Projects we are currently working on include:

- Product and Automation, actively participating in the development of our new platform
- Development of SOPs and roadmaps,
- Support of systems implementation
- Payroll and team improvement projects.
- Jira Service Management implementation and administration
- Training and knowledge library development

**You ideally have done these things..**
- 3+ years of project management, automation, and operational experience, preferably in the payroll industry
- Experience with Payroll Projects, Payroll automation or Payroll systems implementation
- Knowledge of payroll processing and/or payroll operations is a plus
- Experience driving creative solutions and effectively informing the roadmap of cross-functional teams (e.g., experience negotiating the development o
