Elder Care Homecare is seeking a dynamic **Nursing Coordinator**. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York and Connecticut with additional expansion planned within the next year. **This role is remote based in Argentina.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling our in-office team members’ administrative duties; including nurses and social workers
- Optimize team members availability
- Confirm schedules weekly with both team members and clients
- Communicate schedule changes with appropriate team members
- Organize necessary documentation in appropriate programs
- Communicate with the Director of Operations regarding priorities and needs
- Connect with HR Dept. regarding Caregiver's performance and employment
- Review each team’s schedule weekly to identify gaps and/or overlaps
- Assist in the support and growth of our team
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
- Periodic On-Call Support for our After Hours Manager

What We're Looking For:

- 1+ years experience in Coordination with a Homecare Agency
- Proficiency with ClearCare/WellSky Software is a plus
- Must have the ability to work EST hours
- History of being efficient and organized
- Enjoys working and brainstorming with a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $850,000.00 - $950,000.00 per month
