At ERM Argentina, we are seeking an experienced Project Controller to join our team in Buenos Aires or Salta.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project controlling.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential scheduling issues.
- Problem-solving skills to propose solutions and adjustments to keep projects on track.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide specialist skills in collating, interpreting, presenting, and managing data, use of specialist software tools related to cash flow, cost, schedule, and scope forecasting, and earned value assessments.
- Relieve high workload in the PM team & technical discipline teams.
- Improve performance and delivery on projects.
- Allow for greater specialization & project management rigor across the Business Unit.
- Provide high-quality project support while successfully juggling multiple deadline-driven tasks.
- Accuracy of data review; timeliness of presentation of data and interpretations to the PM and PIC - advising the PM on workload and constraints.
- Communicate and follow up with PM regarding specific project updates and action.
- Financial tracking of project budgets.
- Creation and maintenance of project schedules.
