Remitee, rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments is seeking a **Treasury Analyst**
As a **Treasury Analyst**at Remitee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our growing company. You will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and mitigating financial risks to support our mission of transforming the financial lives of millions of people.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of treasury operations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Risk Management: Monitor and assess foreign exchange (FX) risks, evaluating potential exposures and recommending strategies to minimize financial losses.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including weekly and monthly statements, to provide insights into treasury performance and identify trends. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
**What We're Looking For**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Treasury role, including hands-on experience in cash management, bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and FX operations.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, foreign exchange markets, and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
**Additional Skills**:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Experience with treasury management systems and financial software.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
