**Description and Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Optimize website functionality and user experience to maximize conversions and sales.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) to align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals.
- Ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and pricing across the platform.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
