**Job Description**:

**The scope of responsibilities will include**:

- Reviewing and archiving documents;
- Maintaining an electronic database;
- Administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree;
- Prior administrative experience;
- Experience in archiving is a plus;
- Full working proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus;
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to do paperwork;
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
