**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the media buying team by acting as a resource and setting/upholding company and client standards
- Monitor client slack channels for requests and feedback from the client
- Provide status updates or responses to the client in shared slack channels with clients
- Setup Facebook ad campaigns (testing creatives, targeting and account structures)
- Scale campaigns that are working to grow brands faster
- Analyze performance data to decide on next steps for each client
- Monitor performance data to spot trends
- Create reports with campaign performance to communicate wins and opportunities
- Communicate client updates professionally and succinctly to the rest of the team
- Be present on team calls and provide status updates on client performance
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure goals aligned and met

**Prerequisites**:

- Fluency in English
- 4+ years experience of Media Buying
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sr. Media Buying position
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields
- Proven experience working collaboratively with multiple teams
- Proficient understanding of G-Suite: Google Sheets and Powerpoint
- Proficient understanding of our communication and task management channels: ClickUp and Slack
- Comfortable presenting on Zoom
- Comfortable operating different advertising platforms
- Natural ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask on a variety of projects
- Exemplary time and task management skills
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Desire to be a team leader by implementing and uphold company wide standards
- Engaging in team building exercises or requests from the executive team
- Provide reports and any other administrative duties requested by management

**More details**:

- Flexible, full-time remote job (work from home)
- Bonus structure available on business-wide ad spend and client retention (open to discussion)
- This position is 100% remote, you can work from home or from the beach; wherever you happen to be as long as your output is meeting expectations. Communication with the team will happen primarily ClickUp, Slack, and Gmail._

Pay: $28,052.00 - $37,402.00 per month
