**The Role**: People Partner Lead LATAM

**The Grade/Level**: (relevant for internal applicants only) 12

**The Location**: Buenos Aires, Argentina

This position is responsible for LATAM HR strategy and maintains responsibility for a range of People activity. These include delivering strategic initiatives related to business development and attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent. The role will drive a strategic agenda, influencing key stakeholders within LATAM, and leveraging the regional and global HR team, in order to execute on the LATAM business strategy.

**The Team**: You will report to the VP Regional People Lead, Americas, and will work collaboratively with the global People team, as well as the Americas regional People Team.

**The Impact**: In this role, you will be responsible for the talent strategy of all business units within LATAM and for HR governance, regulatory and legal compliance. You will be empowered to make regional HR decisions, influencing business stakeholders to deliver on LATAM strategic priorities (M&A, business growth, etc.).

**What’s in it for you**: Your success will come from providing strategic HR consultation to implement the business plan and manage the human side of executing business strategy by aligning people with business decisions. You will also partner with internal specialists and COE’s and external resources to provide direction, advice and counsel on talent issues.

**Responsibilities**:
Develops human capital strategy and plan for business units across LATAM. Serves as advisor to business leadership on talent implications of business strategy.

Demonstrates a facility of the key human capital metrics for the business, and implements effective strategies to drive these.

Partners with Centers of Expertise/Shared Services/Outsourcing providers to design and deliver HR solutions aligned with the client group's business needs and objectives.

Manages team to execute on agreed upon Human Capital goals for the business that are aligned to division, segment and corporate objectives.

Identifies opportunities for organizational design changes. Partners with business on strategic workforce design and talent management, identifies current and future talent requirements.

Delivers solutions to various complex conflict issues in human resources. Regional advisor on Employee Relations related topics/investigations.

Accountable for compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

Participates in internal and external searches for key senior talent.

Provides coaching and counseling to executives.

Accountable for executing along a number of different and complex dimensions; different tax regimes and regulatory requirements, cultures, languages, geography etc.

Experience of HR consulting desired but not necessary. Some experience working in an HR function would be highly desirable.

Ability to work in a complex and highly matrixed environment; including being skilled at influencing senior leaders across the organization.

Ability to influence at peer group level without having direct management responsibility; being able to work in a flat organizational structure that requires agility.

Ability to quickly build credibility and relationships across multiple global teams.

Resolves complex operational problems requiring strategic and innovative solutions.

Aptitude to communicate and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously, strong prioritization and organization skills.

Advanced communication skills. This includes the ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to the essential components and deliver these effectively to a wide range of audiences.

Advanced problem-solving skills. Able to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution.

10+ years of work experience including transformational project management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
