- Identify innovation opportunities aligned with market needs.
- Design and present value propositions that enhance Aon's offering.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Represent Aon in innovation and strategic client engagement spaces.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Professional with more than 10 years of market experience.
- Highly proactive, committed, and intellectually curious.
- In-depth knowledge of the reinsurance market and its dynamics.
- Ability to understand the needs of clients and prospects and deliver innovative proposals.
- Ability to optimally communicate and position Aon's value proposition.
- Collaborative spirit and focus on results.
